You can obtain it here. https://puddlegum.gumroad.com/l/Waddlers Note: Download the Waddlers_VR FBX in the 3D Mesh Export Files and drop it into the base layer of your project! Also Note that textures are not included, material is pre set up for mamehinata lighting you just need to drop in your preferred texture and normal map
